Basics#
Entitlement: one bonus per person and household. The casino compares address, email, IP address, phone number, bank or card, e-wallet account and device to spot duplicates. Duplicate accounts are closed, with winnings and live bonuses removed.
Structure: each deposit bonus sets a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus, a wagering target, a maximum bet while wagering and a validity period. If an offer leaves out a value, the defaults here apply.
Handling: credits are booked in UTC. A mixed balance uses real money first, and the bonus ends with its own balance. Withdrawals are possible only once wagering is complete. Asking early for your own deposit back forfeits the bonus and its winnings; the remainder is paid.
Wagering and game weighting#
Wagering: the multiple of the bonus, or of free-spin winnings, that must be staked before withdrawal. Standard ×40; VIP variants ×35; Highroller ×30.
Weighting: slots 100% (except jackpot slots and a published exclusion list); every other game, live and instant included, 5% of the stake. The bet limit also covers double-up rounds and bonus rounds bought in-game.

- No-deposit spins and similar: winnings up to C$30 (VIP: C$1,500); withdrawing needs at least one completed real-money deposit.
- Free-spin winnings from a deposit bonus: up to five times the deposit, at most C$1,500 (VIP: five times, at most C$7,500).
- Cash-bonus winnings: up to twice the deposit, at most C$7,500 (VIP: five times, at most C$15,000).

Free spins#
Spin value is set per offer; seasonal promotions €0.10 a spin, VIP versions €0.20. Spins are credited to named games, usually a choice of two.
Not permitted: holding a feature round back until after wagering, depositing again while a feature is pending, or using bonus money only to advance a feature and playing the final step with real money.
Fair play#
Bonus abuse, hedging across multiple accounts, exploiting technical faults and other attempts at an unfair advantage can cost winnings, bonuses and the account. Decisions rest on reasonable grounds; details may be requested before payment.
Currency#
Promotions are published in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and NZD at a fixed ratio. For Canada the CAD values apply.
